Move More
Make sure you move you body as much as you can on a daily basis. The best way to move your body is taking the stairs rather than the left or escalators or elevators. Not only this but even doing household chores makes a big of a difference.
Cut Fat
It is always best to avoid obvious fats such as fried food, burgers, red meat. Other products to keep in mind are dairy products such as milk, cheese and cream they should all be eaten in their low fat versions.
Quit Smoking
Smoking is harmful for you and your body, and if living with a family it is also harmful for them too. Smoking cause many diseases and problems such as cancer. It is always best to quit smoking, and you can start by quitting one by one everyday.
Reduce Stress
Reducing stress isn’t an easy thing to do, as you have so many things on your mind. Experts have recommended thinking of good thoughts, spending 30 minutes a day doing something you enjoy, get massage, facial or a new hair cut or meditate. If ever you think your going to loose your temper count to ten and it will help tremendously.

There is a connection between longevity and teeth flossing, there is no explanation as to why this is, but it is true.
Avoid excessive Drinking
It has been found to be known that one glass of wine or one drink a day can help protect against heart disease, any more than this amount can cause other health problems to do with the liver and kidney.
Exercise at Work
If most of your time is spent at work sitting behind a desk, you can always do a little exercise at work too. Always try to get up at least once in an hour to get some tea or walk around, go out for a walk at lunch time, stretch your arms and legs while sitting on the chair.
