Lara Dutta was supposed to be a part of the much talked about Bachchan family’s tour called Unforgettable. One will be able to see stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan, Bipasha Basu and Ritesh Deshmukh in the show. But Lara opted out at the last minute due to her leg injury. She is really upset that she can not be a part of the tour. Akshay Kumar on the other hand was supposed to be a part of the earlier but also stepped out the last minute. But the news now is that Akshay Kumar is very much a part of the show. Due to his date problems Akshay will not be the part of the show in all the cities. Talks are going on to sign more bollywood stars for the show.

Abhishek Bachchan’s life is going great. His love for his wife Aishwariya Rai Bachchan and Aishwariya’s love for Abhishek is all evident on their faces. They both look happy and so much in love. Professionally also Abhishek is very excited. He is expecting a lot from the year 2008. Abhishek has four releases lined up this year. And if they do well at the box office then nobody will be able to stop Abhishek from becoming the highest paid actor in the film industry just like his wife who is the highest paid actress in bollywood. Abhishek will start the year with the film Sarkar Raj, where he is accompanied by his father Amitabh Bachchan and wife Ashwariya Rai Bachchan. The sets of Sarkar Raj were like a family get together. Sarkar Raj is sequel to the hit film Sarkar and it will be the first film in which Abhishek and Ashwariya will be seen together after marriage. Then he has film like Drona, which is a super hero film opposite Priyanka Chopra, Dilli 6 with Sonam Kapoor directed by Rakesh Mehra and finally Dostana directed by Karan Johar. Abhishek says that these are all completely different films.

The entire Bachchan family was missing at the 53rd Fair One Filmfare Awards night. And everyone one was wondering the reason why was it so. The award night had all the stars in bollywood attending the function but the starry night was shinning a little less the it neither Amitabh Bachchan nor Abhishek Bachchan and Ashwariya Rai Bachchan,without whom the night missed the shine. The Bachchan family stated that that it was because of the death of Amitabh Bachchan mother Teji Bachchan that took place a few months ago that the family wanted to stay away from the award night. Moreover Amitabh Bachchan’s close friend Amar Singh’s father also passed away recently and the Bachchan family was so grief stricken that they were in no mood to attend the starry affair. But there are rumors doing the round that the Bachchan family did not attend the event because of Shahrukh Khan. It seems that the Bachchan’s and Amar Singh were not too happy with Shahrukh Khan’s rude comments t the same show last year so they decided not to attend the event this year.

The pictures of Bipasha Basu dressed as a bride are doing the rounds. But unfortunately these pictures of Bipasha as a bride are not from a secret marriage plan but from her Bengali film Sab Choritra Kalponik. Bipasha is doing this film with director Rituparno Ghosh. Rituparno Ghosh is the same man who gave Chokhar Bali to Ashwariya Rai Bachchan. Chokhar Bali got Ashwariya Rai Bachchan the much needed critical acclaim. Though we do not want see our sexy siren Bipasha Basu in a deglamorous avtar but Bipasha has been getting a lot of compliments on her look as a bride in the film. Her father has liked the picture of his dear daughter as a bride so much that he has even saved it as a screen saver on his mobile and computer. We guess papa dear is waiting to see his daughter as a bride soon. Bipasha has also got compliments from her actor boyfriend John Abraham who feels that Bipasha can carry any look easily and gracefully.

Kareena Kapoor really had to work hard to reach where she is today. Though she had the Kapoor tag attached to her name, it wasn’t an easy race to win. Today Kareena Kapoor is the highest paid actress in bollywood. Recently she has signed a deal worth Rs 3.5 crore with a production house for their next film. Now this makes Kareena stand a step higher than Ashwariya Rai on the ladder. Ashwariya Rai as per the reports was till now the most expensive actress to cast in bollywood. She charges 3 crore for a film but our Bebo has surpassed her now.

It has been a whole year and there has been no film seen from Abhishek Bachchan, although wife Aishwarya Rai has given the film Jodhaa Akbar which is doing very well at the box office. Madame Tussauds, London, has been making wax figures for over 150 years. Each masterpiece takes four months and a team of 20 dedicated sculptors to create. And this time Salman Khan will join Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai, who have already been immortalized in wax at Tussauds. According to the latest news Salman Khan’s wax statue will be unveiled in London’s Madame Tussauds on January 15. Salman was recently measured and photographed by expert Madame Tussauds sculptors in Mumbai to kick-start painstaking work on his eagerly awaited wax double. Salman, who was last seen on the big screen in Saawariya beat nine other Indian mega stars including Madhuri Dixit and Abhishek Bachan to be immortalized at the world famous attraction after a public poll conducted this summer. Over 10,000 votes were received, and Salman emerged the clear winner. Salman has already chosen and donated clothes for the figure to wear and recorded an exclusive video message that will be shown to Madame Tussauds visitors following the big ‘reveal.’

Usually actresses lose their value after marriage. But it doesn’t happen with Aishwarya Rai, even being married she is still getting lots of offer.
