Within a work place one to one reviews can be very boring and time consuming, but with 360 degree feedback, this all changes. The 360 program brings great advantages and benefits to both the company and the workers. Sometimes it’s not just the bosses or supervisors view which counts but also the view of co workers and this is the 360 feedback helps. The program works by obtaining the view of six or more people and it is for one person only, once the feedback has come together, a report is produced which puts all of the six feedbacks into one. From this a person themselves and the boss or supervisor can see what others think and it gives a fair view or everyone and not just of one person. The information which is given by the six different people stays confidential and it is not revealed who wrote what.
